The Correspondence
Every path leads to my desk
Call, text, book a time, or write. First Cause Studio is one person, and you have already found him.
I answer the phone myself: 816-226-6849
There is no phone tree here, no front desk to get past, and no inbox where messages go to be forgotten. Whatever brings you, a question, an idea, a website that has been quietly bothering you for years, your message comes straight to me, and I answer it myself.
And if you are not sure what to say, say that. “I have a website and I do not love it” is a perfectly good opening line. You do not need to know what you want before we talk; finding that out together is what the conversation is for.
So use whichever door you like best. They all open onto the same room.
The Ways In
Three ways to reach me
-
Call or text me
The number rings me, not an office. If I miss you, leave a message and I will call you back personally. A text is just as welcome, whenever it suits you.
-
Book a time
A free consultation: a relaxed conversation about your center and its website, what is working, what is not, and what your choices are. Nothing to prepare, nothing to decide on the spot.
-
Write to me
The letter form just below comes straight to my inbox, and I answer every message myself. Plain email reaches the same desk: hello@firstcausestudio.com.
The Letter
Write to me here
A few lines about your center and what is on your mind is plenty.
Your message is on its way.
Thank you. It comes straight to me, and I answer every message myself. If it’s time-sensitive, my number is at the top of this page.
You can also write to me directly at hello@firstcausestudio.com.
The Postscript
What happens next
However you reach me, the next step is the same: one honest conversation about your center. If it makes sense to keep going, I put everything in writing, plainly, so you can share it with anyone you answer to. If it does not, no hard feelings, and you will leave knowing more about your options than you came with.
Two things you will never have to ask twice about. Ask what anything costs and you get a plain number on the spot. And your web address is in your own name from day one; the site itself is handed to you at launch, every file and every login, and it becomes yours outright once the build is paid off.
I look forward to hearing from you.
